Bricklayer
Bricklayers build the walls of new homes and buildings, which national rules say must help a building use energy efficiently, and the bricklaying qualification covers what's needed to meet those rules. The link is indirect, and South Africa's energy transition skills studies don't single out bricklayers among the trades that solar, wind and grid projects need.
